The New Brands Zone and BPIA new members area is offered at a beneficial rate to create a dedicated area for new and emerging brands to exhibit at the Nursery Fair. It is designed to provide a cost-effective and supportive environment for smaller companies to showcase their products and connect with potential buyers and industry professionals. The zone offers a range of benefits, including increased visibility, networking opportunities, and access to resources that can help new brands grow and succeed in the competitive nursery market. BPIA members can get a 20% discount for the BPIA pavilion. Start-ups wishing to exhibit can join the BPIA at a special one-off rate of £100, bringing the total cost of exhibiting including membership, to just £960.

BPIA Membership
New and emerging brands can benefit from joining the BPIA to access a range of resources, support, and networking opportunities within the industry. BPIA membership provides a free Croner 24-hour business support helpline, discounted international trade show rate, industry news and updates and preferential rates with testing houses.
For new BPIA members a 20% discount on the Enhanced new brands package is available for stand locations in the BPIA Pavilion Area. New companies wishing to exhibit can join the BPIA at a special one-off rate of £100, bringing the total cost of exhibiting including membership, to just £960 for the first year only. Existing members wishing to take a stand in the Pavilion Area can do so also at a discounted rate dependant on availability and stand type.

When you have completed this form ensure it is submitted and you will be sent an email confirming your request to the address you have stated on the form.
You will then be contacted by email with a stand offer based as close to your stand size and configuration as is possible in due course.
