As part of promoting a new look for the Show this year the organisers would like to offer all exhibiting companies the opportunity to maximise their companies exposure, both before and during the fair.
Why not ensure your company's presence and stand location is known to all, rather than rely on your customer 'JUST FINDING YOU' at the show.
We have a number of ways to sponsor different events and themes during the show where your company can raise its profile and hopefully ensure that the 2011 Fair is as successful as we both can make it.
Costs for sponsorship of each category are shown below:
The company sponsoring the visitor show badges will have their logo printed on every badge worn by your customers visiting the show.
The company sponsoring the badge holder lanyards to be handed to every visitor will have their company name and stand location printed on the lanyard which can be a colour of their choice.
This must be the one of the BEST ways to attract attention from both visitors and exhibitors alike. The TV screens will be located at numerous key locations throughout the Halls including all main entrances, linkways and cafe areas. Companies are invited to send in their advertising and marketing media plus identify their stand location that will then be displayed on a video loop running throughout the 4 days of the fair. Ideally the Video will be no longer than 2 minutes long to ensure maximum exposure.
You will be the first company which visitors will be introduced to as they enter any one of the FOUR main entrance and registration points at Halls A, M, Q and Springfield House. The registration points will be branded with your logo and graphics that can identify your stand location so your company can officially welcome visitors to the show.
Why not start the party night off on the right footing by sponsoring the drinks at the Monday night event held at the Majestic Hotel!! Your company can use the opportunity to display any pop-ups or banners, handing out any marketing you wish, as well as getting a mention on the welcome board.
