2024 Exhibitor Rates & Stand request Booking Form.
Previous years returning exhibitors are offered a Priority Booking Period providing they send in their booking form now and are then able to secure their stand position again, or request a new location if one is available after the period expires.

Stand layout options- State this on your booking FORM request (below) with your preferred stand size in square meter area (LxW)
Stand positions are available on a first come basis and can be booked in Shell pre-built stands or Space-only stand type
Terrace- 1 open side
Corner - 2 or 3 open sides
Island - 4 open sides
All subject to hall layout and availability.
Space Only Stand Type £159 per m2
(Build conditions apply- refer to manual for more detail)Full stand construction required using either your own appointed contractor, your own labour, or our main contractor, Full Circle Events LTD Custom Build RickHill@fullcircleeventsltd.co.uk who can provide a bespoke design and installation service.
Space Only is available in all halls and exhibitors will be required to construct their own stand walling and lay floor covering, plus installation of electric supply connection and power outlets/lighting, as well as any other services they require.
Full design/safety and build details must be complied with and sent to the organisers well in advance of the fair as prescribed in the Exhibitor Manual.
Shell Build in CLICK Stand Type £226 per m2
Pre-built stand package installed by our main contractor Full Circle LTD and available in all halls and charged on a square meter rate.Rate will include modular 'CLICK system' stand walls, carpets, extra general lighting by way of LED batten inside your booth and also a back-lit company name/stand number on top outside fascia. of the booth. This is a ready to use package stand that can then be enhanced with your own graphics as well added extras such as shelving, garment rails, slat walling, etc., CLICK Shell Brochure link has illustration and more information.
Shell Build in EcoVISION Stand Type £248 per m2
Pre-built stand package installed by our main contractor Full Circle LTD and available in all halls and charged on a square meter rate.Rate will include modular quick build walls finished in completely smooth (no visible posts) flush fitting white fomex panels as standard or enhanced with your own seamless gel-edge graphics as well as adapted to meet any of your product display requirements with shelving, fixings or TV's. Carpet will be included in this package rate as well as your name/stand number attached to the top corner of the side wall - see brochure link below for more detail.

The m2 RATE includes all exhibition costs for the 3 day show. There are no added charges for the standard media package, your pre-show stand cleaning, or rubbish removal during the 3 open days.

When you have completed this form ensure it is submitted and you will be sent an email confirming your request to the address you have stated on the form.
You will then be contacted by email with a stand offer based as close to your stand size and configuration as is possible in due course.
If you exhibited with us last year you can use the 'Exhibitor Login' in the green tab above. Your log in will auto-fill the booking form using the details you already gave us. Check all information is still current, amend where required and add your stand request and submit - SIMPLE+QUICK!
